Chikara Osako (Japanese: 大迫 力, Ōsako Chikara) is a modern Japanese teacher at Habataki Academy, and the heroine's homeroom teacher in Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 3rd Story. He is also the judo club's supervisor.
He is passionate and athletic, and is known for his cheerful and energetic demeanor. He exercises and trains regularly, inside and outside of school, and forces his students to do the same. During his university days, he played rugby and practiced judo.
He is 24 years old, but looks much younger, a fact that amuses his students. His students affectionally call him "Osako-chan," and have a good relationship with him. He teases his students often, and will let them tease him back. He is a generally laid back teacher, in sharp contrast with Reiichi Himuro, who is strict and scolds him for being too lenient with students.
He often has to chase down Kouichi Sakurai for skipping class. Despite their drastic height difference, he is one of the few people Kouichi fears, and one of the few who can control him. However, Osako genuinely cares for Kouichi and looks after him.
Miyo Ugajin describes him as "short but charming." He is currently looking for a girlfriend.
He makes an appearance in TMGS4, in Tomoe Yukimichi's route.

Ending Requirements[]
- Trigger all of his route events
- Do not meet any of the normal characters' ending requirement (affection above :D, parameters, etc.) AND do not obtain the save data icon for the following secret characters: Taiyo, Aizawa, Hasumi, Taira. Osako has the last priority of all secret characters, so if the player pursues a secret character with higher priority than Osako and completes all route events for both boys, the player will not be able to get Osako's ending.

Etymology[]
- The name Chikara means "force, power, strength, ability, energy, emphasis, stress, capability, might, assistance, vigor, means, support, courage, faculty, effectiveness, exertions, agency, endeavors, efficacy, attainment, nerve, good offices, resources, authority" (力).
- Chikara's surname Osako means "big, great" (大) (o) and "close, urge, force, imminent, spur on" (迫) (sako).
